Is counselling available for international medical students?
It may be, but availability, language, confidentiality and referral limits must be confirmed with the intended university. A student should not be required to disclose a diagnosis to an intermediary merely to ask where help is available.

Students need a written route for medical certificates, attendance review, academic adjustments, leave and return. A missed class or clinical session may have academic consequences even when the reason is genuine.

A supportive campus does not prove that the medical programme satisfies Indian licensing rules.
